It’s great to be able to report that the last two film nights in May and April have both been sold out. Congratulations to everyone involved. I think it is amazing that volunteers, such as the ones involved in running Film at the Folk Hall, are prepared to give up so much free time to use their skills, initiative and talent to put on community events in York.

Trust me, it is not easy to pull off such a successful venture when there are so many other film events and leisure activities competing for peoples time and energy.

Here is the advert! Book early for the next film, don’t be disappointed. Remember that your membership is up for renewal for 2016-17. It’s a bargain folks.
